David, Holly, and I
My name is Julia Zehner.
I am almost 21 and studying to major in graphic design with a minor in
photography. Currently, I am in my junior year here at IU South Bend. I have
been with my fiancé David for almost 2 ½ years and on July 21, 2016, he asked
me to marry him. He is in the Indiana National Guard and has been since we
started dating. This self-portrait expresses who I am because it was taken with
my dog, Holly, when we arrived at our vacation destination over the summer
where David proposed. I love Holly more than anything and she knows just how to
easily cheer me up no matter what my mood is.
I
enjoy spending my free time coloring adult coloring books for relaxation along
with tubing, and camping. Over the past two years, I have started my own
photography business. A lot of my free time is spent photographing and editing
photos for my business. I listen to a wide range of music, but I normally
choose country or pop. I also occasionally have a mood where I am interested in
rap music.
My favorite movies are
Nicholas Sparks movies, Deadpool, and other comedies. If I could make any
media, I would love to create reality TV shows along with comedy and action
movies. I am interested in making media because it will help broaden my
abilities and give me a well-rounded portfolio. One major goal for after I
graduate is to have a job lined up to start right after I graduate so that I
don’t have to worry about being unemployed for a long period of time after
graduation.
